The Arizona Opportunity Zone Fund LLC (hereafter AZ-OZF) was formed in Arizona under its laws. When you join with us you become a member of that LLC and will receive an annual K1 showing your percentage of ownership and any gains or losses that you may have as a member during the year.

The AZ-OZF will be forming new LLCs that it will own 100% of to invest in various different projects. The purpose is protect the fund from any liability that the invested property or business might incur and to limit our exposure to just the investment. That will also protect you as the investor in the AZ-OZ Fund.
